Should i back up from partners family?

Hello every1, well im 23 with a 7year old boy and 3 months pregnant been with my partner for nearly 2 years, well i have 2 jobs and do well for myself my boyfriend don't work and claims of the social and don't really help with the bills or the housework or anything in fact i know i shouldn't put up with this and believe me i have kicked him out a few times because i can do better by myself i think, but i do love him but the thing his his mum his forever asking favours for us to go round her house to check on her dogs or to have them in our flat while she works or goes to the pub (she knows we not allowed dogs in the flat)and we live in a brand new flat with cream carpets!!!and im left to tidy their mess up also his nan umed we doing her weekly shopping for her, every week leaving me doing the shopping by myself because he is to busy making sure his nan has everything and then after the shopping i have to drive to his nan's to drop the shopping off while he goes in i have to wait in the car then we go to his mums to check on the her precious dogs , also his dad had a stoke 3 months ago he is recovering very well but him and his family expect me to drive to the hospital after my work and after i've picked my son up from school and to wait in the car????i've done it a few times but i've stopped because i don't think it's fair on sometimesmes i think im being harsh and selfish but he puts his family before me and they only ring him when they need a favour what can i do????my family live abroad and i have no one to help me apart from myself i would appreciate a bit of consideration after helping him give up alcohol and the and the criminal life he got a job interview in two weeks so i hope he can do it for us not his using family ??any comments would be appreciated x

My husband left me and took all our money during our divorce. I had nothing so I went to stay with my youngest child's dad. He promised to keep it platonic but he lied. He basically forced me out of the house and I moved downstairs and rented a room. I couldn't afford to take our son with me, as I had been awarded residency of him in our joint custody order. The man has harred and tried to strong arm me into being with him. I have suffered greatly and he has insulted me horribly in front of our child on purpose. I am now getting back on my feet, I have a job and I am moving into my own place soon. I have a court order that says I can take him, but I don't want to expose the boy to any more trauma and any further police involvement might mean CPS steps in....How should I handle this? The kid never goes out anymore, he got a bike for his Birthday and a month later hasn't even riden it. Should I call CPS myself and ask them how to handle it? The courts forbade the father from coming back to court for sometime because he literally dragged me through a custody battle for years....
