Do you have any sources stating that Sammy Davis Jr. was a member of the Church of Satan?

ive seen pics of anton and sammy arm in arm! but wether he joined as a member is unknown........it was just a pic....i think "anton levey" has a book of his life with the pic inside.....but i forgot the name of the book,,,,
