Liquid formula storage?

Ok, I usually use the powder.. I got can to try for a change... So it says pour half similac half water.... one cans made nearly 4, 6 oz bottles.... so my question is I can make those 4 bottles and store them in the fridge and they will be ok for her to drink right? I read the back and it sys within 48hrs.. i'm just doubled checking, i don't want to make her sick.. thank you
