What's the difference between lipid bilayer and phospholipid bilayer?

Lipids are hydrophobic so they are not water soluble. Phosolipids are used in the cellular membrane because their phosphate groups are hydrophylic and their 2 lipid tails form the inside of the membrane while the phosphate group makes up the 2 outsides of the membrane.
