Need a recipe for Syrian Karawaia Pudding , or Lebanese Moghli?

I've been searching for a recipe that will tell me how to make the Syrian Karawaia Pudding, or in Lebanon I guess it is called Moghli. The closest I've found gave me the ingredients to use, and how to make it, but no measurements. I've been looking for a long time, and can't find anything on the internet. Also, I can't seem to find the Karawaia in our ethnic grocery store, can anyone elaborate on what I should be using, or what the packaging will look like or say for this ingredient? Should I ground up/powder caraway seeds for this? Help, I LOVE THIS PUDDING!
