Ok i need help about picking scabs,how to get rid of acne scars,and acne,and blackheads?

like wenever i get a pimple i immediately have 2 pick it.then it bleeds and i get a scab.and then i kp picking and it gets puss under the scab.after the pimple goes i usually get a scar wen the scab goes to.and i have mild acne i guess but i get it all over my forehead and chin.and i have very sensitive skin.how can i get rid of all this and the scabs to.i also get back acne and i get big boils i cnt hlp but pick.i need those gone 2. i basically have had every pimple there is and almost every type of scar.
