Can guys wear UGG slippers?

i want a pair of UGG slippers. they have some for men and I heard they are really comfortable. is it ok? i dont really see whats wrong with wearing them if they have some for mens and are comfortable? im not buying them because they are designer or because of how they look and that they are popular.
