Do you think my van will make it through this trip?

Im moving, and the only car that i have that's not a compact that has a hitch is a 98 plymouth grand voyager, and ill be towing a trailer its a 4'X8' from uhaul. I had a lot of work done to it including new heads, head gasket, radiator, water pump, serpentine belt, timing belt, and the transmission was rebuilt by AAMCO all since september, it drives good i need new tires breaks are ok, the trip is 1300 miles form Pinellas county fl to suffolk county ny,
