Is it normal I'm enjoying the space?

Yes it is totally normal. It just means you don't have to constantly be with some one and you are okay being alone.That is the key to having relationships work well; you have to be comfortable being alone, before you can really be okay with dating someone that you may not get to talk to or see for a short period of time.
