Pregnant with chronic bronchitis?

im 22 weeks and I have chronic bronchitis which is also making my asthma worse with my first pregnancy it didn't bother my now it is bad my Dr wont see me until the 20th I need to know is there any special precautions I should be taking will it affect my baby or labor I have looked every where on the Internet and found nothing also that "tingly pins and needles" feeling expecting moms get in there hands and feet I am getting that in the center of my upper back is that normal it really bothers me because I cant reach it
