Tattoo on lower left back?

I was thinking of getting a dove on the either the lower left side or the right side. Would you consider it as a tramp stamp? if anyone has tattoos of their own in that area, how was the pain for you, how much did it cost and if possible please post any pictures you may have or any thoughts of getting a tattoo in that area
