Trying To Find A Quote Or Poem On...?

Death as a symbol of change or balance; or perhaps something on the personification of Death? I've been looking, but all I seem to find are the obvious ones about death as an act or page. I want it to feel more symbolic, and not look at it as a bad thing. I'm having a hard time here.
